Habe im Mai die Seamless Bottom gekauft, nach insgesamt ca 8 Std Nutzung bei zwei Jagdansitzen hat die Hose bereits 4! Löcher, eins davon in Daumennagelgröße. Habe daraufhin Bilder übersandt und eine Reklamation aufgegeben. Erhalte darauf die Antwort, dass es kein Garantiefall ist, ich die Hose allerdings für 8,90 € zurückschicken kann und man dann nach einer kulanten Möglichkeit schauen könnte. Gesagt getan, seitdem keine Reaktion nach zwei Monaten Bearbeitungszeit, trotz zweimaliger Nachfrage. Nicht mal eine Bestätigung, das mein Paket eingegangen ist und man sich der Sache annimmt.
Fazit: Mangelhafte Produktqualität, Schlechter Kundenservice, mangelhafte Kommunikation.
