Description
The Solar Gorilla of Power Traveller is a powerful solar panel with a robust, weatherproof housing. The Solar Gorilla has an effective power of 10 watts with which energy can be generated for charging laptops, cameras and USB devices (smartphones, tablets, etc.). The Solar Gorilla is specifically designed for charging the PowerGorilla and MiniGorilla of Power Traveller.
The SolarGorilla has two outputs. Via the powerful DC output Power Packs can be charged, in this output you plug in the Power Gorilla or Minigorilla. Via this 20 VDC output, daily an average of 40 0 50 Wh of energy can be generated. On long summer days, the energy yield will be even higher. Through the USB output, the Solar Gorilla can generate a daily average of 15 - 20 Wh. This corresponds to approximately 4000 mAh of energy, which can for example be stored in a USB power bank.
The SolarGorilla has a from tempered glass produced polycrystalline solar panel in combination with a rubber housing. This makes the Solar Gorilla is robust and waterproof. If the device is not in use, you can fold SolarGorilla so that the solar cells are ideally protected. This way you can also transport the SolarGorilla conveniently in any bag or suitcase.
The SolarGorilla has compact dimensions of approximately 52 x 20 cm (unfolded) and only weighs about 700 grams. The handy belt slot with included Velcro strap makes it easy to secure the solar panel to for example a bicycle, backpack or tent. Perfect for almost all outdoor activities.
