The Walther PL71r convinces with power and programmable functions. Via the sliding focus with escapement you adjust the distribution of the maximum possible 1800 lumens. With the 6 preselectable switching schemes, you are well prepared for any situation, and so the Code-144 programmability lets you easily choose how you want to use the four brightness levels (100, 40 and 10 percent and the moon mode). Optionally, the 10% level and Moon mode also provide Boost-on-Demand, which brings the PL71r up to 1000 lumens with a double-click. Moon mode produces a highly dimmed 10-lumen light that is ideal for reading in a tent, for example. In addition to the Tactical Defense Strobe, there is also a position light (beacon) that draws attention to you by flashing at 2-second intervals.
But the PL71r offers even more: The robust housing made of matte black anodized aircraft aluminum with protection class IPX4 and a deep discharge protection make it a faithful companion on every adventure. The direct charging of the battery in the flashlight via the included USB cable saves you additional charging cradles. In addition to a 12V car adapter, the wrist strap and spare seals, the scope of delivery also includes the Hands-Free-Holster, which offers space for the lamp in two positions and additional batteries.
