Product information "Micropur Classic MC 1'000F 100ml water preservation drinking water".
The effect of Micropur Classic MC 1'000F is based on the bacteriostatic and bactericidal property of silver. Unlike chlorine, which acts only a few hours in water, silver ions make water durable for up to 6 months. Silver ions attach to the cell walls of microorganisms, preventing their growth. Micropur inactivates bacteria and prevents odors from forming in drinking water containers and pipes. Micropur can be used wherever water remains in a system for a long time - i.e. in cooling circuits, heating circuits, humidifiers, cisterns, water tanks, water baths, etc. Ideal for water conservation in a boat, camper or caravan. For clear, not for turbid water, since suspended matter can impair the effect of the silver ions.
