Material
Nalgene Flaschen wurden von der FDA (Food and Drug Administration) geprüft und als lebensmittelecht und 100% frei von BPA (Bisphenol-A) bestätigt.
Sie bestehen aus Polycarbonat. Polycarbonat ist ein extrem schlagfestes Material, es nimmt keinen Geruch bzw. Geschmack der darin transportierten Flüssigkeit an und verfärbt sich nicht.
Es ist spülmaschinenfest und temperaturbeständig von –135°C bis +135°C. Eben das ideale Material für hochwertige Trinkflaschen.
Gewinde
Nalgene Flaschen und Kappen verfügen über gerade geschulterte Gewinde für eine größere Berührungsfläche. Das lässt höhere Drehkräfte zu, ohne das Gewinde zu beschädigen.
Deckel
Die Nalgene Kappe wurde für perfekten Sitz entworfen. Es gibt keine Zwischenringe, welche herausfallen oder undicht werden. Der Dichtring wird direkt in der Kappe geformt.
Flaschenwand
Die einheitlichen und dauerhaften Hochleistungswände sind dicker und widerstandsfähiger als die Qualität der Mitbewerber-Flaschen.
Flaschenboden
Die inneren Ecken sind für einfache Reinigung gebogen. Ein Kunststoff-Code an der Unterseite vereinfacht eine etwaige Verwertung nach Jahren des zuverlässigen Gebrauchs.
