Die Einsparungen an Gewicht und Kosten sind im Vergleich zu Metallkarabinern beträchtlich. Alle äusseren Elemente bestehen aus Polymer, dies führt zu einer Reduktion von Geräuschen und Farbkratzern.
ACHTUNG: Tac Links eignen sich nicht zum Klettern oder für andere kritische Anwendungen! Es handelt sich um ein Befestigungselement für Ausrüstungsgegenstände und darf nicht zum Klettern, Abseilen etc verwendet werden.
